The Music Together Generations Class is very special in that it combines a Mixed-Age Class with "Grandfriends", senior participants from a local retirement home or senior center. Children and their parents attend class and visit their "musical grandfriends" each week and spend time making music as a large, extended family. These intergenerational classes are popular activities among the senior living communities because the fun songs, lively activities and children's laughter help to brighten everyone's day! Making music together helps to connect people in ways that few other activities can. The Generations Class bridges the generations by helping seniors, staff, parents, and kids form new and satisfying relationships.
Our wonderful Generations Class is held on Tuesdays at 10:30 AM at the Amberleigh Senior Facility in Williamsville.
