In the event that you need to cancel your registration, refunds will be granted at the discretion of the director as follows:
For Mixed-Age Classes:
Two or more weeks prior to the 1st class: Full refund, minus one-time $10.00 registration fee for new families.
Less than 2 weeks, prior to the 1st class held: Refund = Tuition, minus $10.00 cancellation fee and $10.00 registration fee for first-time families.
After the 1st class held and prior to the 2nd class held: Refund = Tuition, less a $10.00 cancellation fee, $12.00 class fee per child and $10.00 registration fee for new families.
After the 2nd class held: No refunds are given
*If original payment was made by credit card, paypal fees may not be refunded

**NOTE: in case of cancellation, all Music Together® materials must be returned in mint condition or you will be charged an additional $42.00.
Photo/Video release: Occaisionally we will have photos or videos taken for promotional use. You and/or your child's image may be used for marketing on social media, flyers, etc. If you DO NOT wish for your image or your child's image to be used, please let us know. No names will be used with published photos or videos.
